Grief comes in many forms. Grief can be experience in the form of a lost loved one, loss of a pet, a failed relationship, or even the loss of a job. No matter how it is experienced, its completely normal to feel disappointed, angry, hurt, or even numb. One person’s journey through grief may not look identical to someone else’s.
